No Refunds Policy

All lenses are customized and fabricated according to each prescription and cut to fit chosen frames, so we cannot offer refunds. However, you can contact us within 1 week of picking up your glasses, and we will gladly make the necessary adjustments to your lenses should there be any issues.

Repairs/Adjustments

All repairs and adjustments to frames involved in accidents or ones not purchased from this premises are at your own risk.
